How its made:
The silhouettes are cut in to the mount with the art piece placed behind so that the mount overlays the individual piece of art. The next stage is to seal off the mount and the final step is to lovingly place it within the frame.
Using shades of tourquoise blue, yellows, green & reflective metallic gold this art piece is inspired by the depths of the ocean and captures the shine & sparkle of the oceans surface.
All of my art pieces are originals, no prints here!
All are unique, one off pieces so no one piece will ever be the same.
The colours I use are most often influenced by the nature of the chosen silhouette mount.
With this particular piece I have been inspired by depths of the ocean, the turquoise of the Aegean & the feminity of the mythical creature, the mermaid.
All items are very well packaged for posting with bubble wrap to protect the glass, brown paper wrap and a sturdy outer box for posting.
